Trip Teatro has been active for over 35 years. Founded in 1989, it has established itself as a prominent theater company in Brazil. It has performed in all state capitals across the country and in 17 other countries across four continents (South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia), participating in significant events within the genre.
 

In 2004, we took another bold step by establishing the "Center for Research and Production of Animation Theater" in Rio do Sul, a milestone that allowed us to develop innovative cultural projects, such as festivals and training events, which have been nationally recognized and awarded. Today, we are responsible for the Teatro Embaixo da Ponte (Moysés Boni Cultural Space), a unique theater venue located beneath the Curt Hering bridge in the heart of Rio do Sul (SC), where the magic of theater comes to life in a one-of-a-kind setting.
 

In 2012, we were honored with the Cultural Merit Medal Cruz e Sousa, awarded by the State Council of Culture (CEC) and the Government of the State of Santa Catarina, in recognition of the company's contribution to the cultural enrichment of our community.
